Music Rental FAQ

  • Rental Price:

    Full fee for the 1st performance, and a discounted fee for each additional performance. From the product page, you can indicate how many additional performances you want by adjusting the quantity. The discounted price will be applied automatically.

  • Return Policy:

    Please return all scores and parts within 4 weeks of your last performance, to:

    If you need to extend this rental period, please contact us by email or phone 818-570-3862. A 30% late fee may be assessed for music that is returned after the 4 week period.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all cancellations.

  • Payment Policy:

    You may pay for your rental using credit card for online orders. Please pay all invoices by credit card or check, payable to DogSmile Music LLC, within 30 days of receiving your invoice. A late fee of 10% will be charged if payments are not received within our required 30 days policy.

  • International Orders:

    We do rent all of our charts to overseas countries, and all of the policies above will apply. Payments are required in advance by credit card.

  • Edits:

    Please erase all unnecessary markings, especially CUTS added to the parts. A fee will be assessed if these markings are not removed. An hourly rate of $50 will be charged to remove the markings.

  • Be sure to return all parts:

    A re-stocking fee of $10 per part will be charged for lost materials. The same fee applies to damaged parts.

  • Score Purchase:

    If the conductor would like to purchase the rental score, please let us know and we will send an invoice for the purchase.

  • Program:

    Please include a program from the performance when returning the music and email a PDF copy of the program to nick@nicolasrepetto.com
